All SanerVib® silent blocks are designed to isolate the vibrations generated by the magneto-constriction of the transformers, and in particular the fundamental excitation frequency of 50 Hz as well as the harmonics of 100 Hz and 200 Hz. To meet these requirements, SanerVib® have been tested in laboraties to visualize the variation of the resonance frequency as a function of the supported load. For their application in the field of electrical transformers, this data is essential for the recommendation of the right material.
SANERVIB80-SL : description of the product for transformers with wheels
The SanerVib80-05200SL is made of steel painted category C2 Night Blue color and the cushion dumper is in stainless steel. Sold by set of 4.
The SanerVib80-SL is equipped with a rolling slope to facilitate the installation of the transformer on the upper part which supports the rollers (wheels). To use this product, te maximum weight of the transformer is 5.2 tons. After rolling the transformer onto the SanerVib80-SL, a pin is provided to lock the wheel into the support and prevent from rolling back.
The top plate can accommodate maximum wheel sizes of Ø100 x 45mm.
