All SanerVib® silent blocks are designed to isolate the vibrations generated by the magneto-constriction of the transformers, and in particular the fundamental excitation frequency of 50 Hz as well as the harmonics of 100 Hz and 200 Hz. To meet these requirements, SanerVib® have been tested in laboratories to visualize the variation of the resonance frequency as a function of the supported load. For their application in the field of electrical transformers, this data is essential for the recommendation of the right material.

All SanerVib80 are made of painted steel category C2 Night Blue color and the cushion dumper is in stainless steel. Sold in sets of 4.
The SanerVib80 is available in several models depending on the size of the wheels (40 or 70mm), and especially the weight of the equipment to be supported (from 100kg to 10 tons).
Please choose the SanerVib80 that suits you by taking care to look at the dimensions of the width of your wheel (so that it can fit into the upper support of the SanerVib80) and the weight of your transformer (do not exceed the recommended range of use).
The choice of the reference is essential to respect the compression range of the SanerVib80.
