Set of 4 stainless steel dampers capable of reducing up to 99% of the vibrations transmitted to the ground by dry cast resin or oil electrical transformers. The upper part of the SanerVib99-SG inserted directly under transformers that do not have a rolling system (wheels) and support themselves on the floor or the beam of the retention tank (simple retention tank BDRG2 or tank with self-extinguishing system ERT, ERTF or BCF).

All SanerVib® silentblocks are designed to isolate the vibrations generated by the magneto-constriction of the transformers, and in particular the fundamental excitation frequency of 50 Hz as well as the harmonics of 100 Hz and 200 Hz. To meet these requirements, SanerVib® have been tested in laboratories to visualize the variation of the resonance frequency as a function of the supported load. For their application in the field of electrical transformers, this data is essential for the recommendation of the right material.
SANERVIB 99-SG: description of the standard range of anti-vibrations pads for transformers without wheel
All SanerVib99-SG are equipped with a shock absorbing spring with a stainless steel shock absorbing pad at its heart. Sold in sets of 4.
In the place of the wheels of the electrical transformer, the silent bloc is inserted directly under the transformer , between its support (concrete pit sill, steel beam or retention tank) and the fixing to the transformer is done by means of a M12 screw and washers (screws and washers not included).
The SanerVib99-SG are available in several models depending on the weight of the equipment to be supported. Please choose the SanerVib99-SG that suits you by taking care to look at the weight of your transformer in order to not exceed the recommended range of use.
Warning:
1- The choice of the reference is essential to respect the compression range of the SanerVib99-SG.
2- Washers and screws are not included in the set of 4 SanerVib99-SG.
