The E/PEINTISO offers a high dielectric rigidity which is essential for efficient insulation.
insulating paint can be applied by paintbrush, roll or sprayer (diluted about 10% with White Spirit). In a warm, non-hum environment, it takes around 2 to 3h to dry when applied in a single layer of 0,762 mm (dry measure). On metal surfaces, it offers an insulation resistance of 10 kV. Applied to both extremities of electrical insulators, metal support structures and high and medium voltage gantries, bushings or cable heads, it provides sufficient electrical insulation to prevent damage from animals. The final resultat is granular: the more thickness, the more protection.
E/PEINTISO adds strong weathering protection to insulating structures that are made of plastics, fibreglass or metals, such as posts, bushings, condensers, isolators, transformer and cable accessories.
