The PFE-PWF external pre-filter cartridge is installed upstream of the PETRO-BARRIER™ PUMP filtration system in the PFE-MP block. It consists of a pleated polyester filter. Its function is to purify rainwater of fine particles that could clog the PETRO-BARRIER™ anti-hydrocarbons filtration cartridge.
The PFE-PWF pre-filter must be changed regurlaly to allow optimal drainage of the wastewater as soon as it is satured with sludge and particles.

With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, generally around the belly button. To ensure a comfortable fit, keep one finger between the measuring tape and your body.
To ensure that the PETRO-BARRIER™ Pumped filter maintains a sufficient flow rate, the external filter system must be kept as clean as possible. If there are too many impurities in the drainage water, the PFE-PWF pleated filter must be replaced by the PFE-MP. Sold in sets of 2.
